Using crimping pliers with beading wire

Step 1.

String beads with beading wire (refer to stringing technique). Hold the crimp bead in the 2nd hole from the tip of the pliers.

Step 2.

Crimp firmly. This should form the crimp bead into two bumps with a running gap in between.

Step 3.

Adjust the pliers for 1/4 turn and center the crimp bead in the first hold from the tip of the pliers.

Step 4.

Gently squeeze the pliers. The crimp bead should form into a round cylinder shape with the two bumps come together and close the gap.
